1) Ekosen of South Africa and SPIH consulting services reached a preliminary cooperation intention, to help understand the 4 demonstration projects in South Africa based on local government procurement plan and follow-up of the real intention and market access to the local market to enter the primary school implementation plan proposal. The details of the scope of service and the details of the agreement shall be confirmed by both parties and subsequent discussions of the foundation.
Note: SPIH is a partnership investment advisory services company, is located in South Africa, you can enjoy the BBBEE (Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment SPIH Eco-san) policy, intends to become in the South African partners, but may be both specific cooperation further confirmed the solution.
2) Eco-san reported to the foundation on the progress of the toilet project and the next work plan since the first prize of the Tourism Bureau competition in May.
3) Eco-san will apply to the Gates foundation for the following funding applications in September (at the beginning of the application, based on the requirements of the foundation). The main funding is as follows:
A) 7 Taiwan funded Aike online monitoring Sen toilet;
(b) installation, commissioning, maintenance, training and testing of four sets of South African primary toilets during the six months’ exhibition period;
(c) SPIH will provide advisory fees on follow up procurement advisory services for South African primary schools;
(d) CNTA’s donation of three toilets in China and the operation and maintenance costs in the next 1-2 years (specific locations should be determined by the foundation and the Tourism Bureau, and may be in remote areas such as Tibet)
(E) testing and maintenance costs of domestic toilets
F) development costs for PCB systems
